Kay Dauphinais

Ms. Kay Dauphinais, age 71 of Glenwood, passed away on August 11, 2023 at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital in Vidalia after a brief illness. She was born on March 20, 1952 in Barnstable, Massachusetts to the late Alfred and Nancy Dauphinais. She was a native of Cape Cod, living most of her life there before moving to Florida and then to Georgia in 2022. She retired as an accountant after 30 years and was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Cape Cod. Ms. Kay enjoyed collecting shells on the beach and doing puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Joy Dauphinais and Beth Selsor.

Ms. Kay is survived by her two sons, Andrew Szurley and wife Jennifer of Cape Cod, and Jeremy Szurley and wife Adenia of Largo, Florida; one brother, Owen Dauphinais of Cape Cod; and one sister, Lesley Maker and husband Eric of Cape Cod.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
