Sue Copenhaver Floyd

Ms. Sue Copenhaver Floyd, age 83, of Vidalia, died October 17, 2023, at Treutlen Health and Rehab after a brief illness. She was a native of Orlando, Florida and lived most of her life there before moving to Vidalia. While living in Florida, she retired from Barnett Bank after thirty-two years as a data processor. She was Christian by faith and loved her cats, family, and nieces. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Madonna and Earl Copenhaver; one niece, Donnaline Sconyers; and one brother, Jack Love Copenhaver.

Ms. Floyd is survived by her niece, Shirley Copenhaver Fashano and husband Ron of Sabastian, Florida; three great nieces, Summer Holland and Atessa Holland both of Vidalia and Ashley Adams and husband David of Vero Beach, Florida; and great-great niece and nephews, Lula Adams, Jacob Adams, Gage Holland, and Seth Bryant.  

A graveside service will be held Monday, October 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce FL, 34946 with Aycock Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 10:00am at Voice of Grace Ministries, 1221 Orange St, Vidalia, GA 30474.
