Sylvia Cook Frost

Mrs. Sylvia Cook Frost, age 90, of Vidalia, died Saturday, April 22nd, 2023 at The Retreat at Buford in Buford, Georgia after an extended illness. She moved to Vidalia with her husband in 1965 and worked for Tom Moore and Associates for over 20 years. She was baptist by faith and was a member of First Baptist Church of Vidalia. Mrs. Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Wade Frost; her parents, Macon and Ila Cook; two sons, Glenn and Mike Frost; and three brothers, Cecil, Gene, and Willard Cook.

Mrs. Sylvia’s surviving loved ones include her daughter, Vickie Cox and husband Steve of Snellville; two grandchildren, Ashley Frost Spearman and husband Brett of Bloomingdale, and Tori Cox of Snellville; and four great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Bentley, Jaelyn, and Luke.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10:00 am until just prior to the service.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, April 27th at 11:00 am in the chapel of Wilkes Funeral Home with Pastor Tracy Todd officiating. The burial will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery.
